Shipping and Return Policies
Standard shipping to the continental U.S. is always $4.00! Shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii is $10.00. Other International shipping destinations will be handled on a case by case basis. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Be sure to sign up for our Luxie List by creating an account and periodically we’ll send out codes for discounts and free shipping!
Items are shipped USPS. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days pending credit approval. Once shipped, you should receive your package within 2-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). If your order is received after 4pm Central Time, we will begin processing the next business day. Should you need an item sooner please email us at email@example.com to make necessary arrangements.
All returns must be approved before being sent back. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information so we can begin the returns approval process:
- Order number and style name of item to be returned
- Reason for the return (please be sure it meets our requirements below)
- Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase for a store credit or exchange. No refunds will be given at any time.
- Items returned must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached and free from any damages (makeup, smoke, rips, etc). NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- Shoes must be returned unworn in their original box with no damage to the box.
- ALL SALE/CLEARANCE items and jewelry are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.
Luxie Plum will NOT be responsible for any shipping charges on a return package. This must be covered by the buyer. We highly encourage you to purchase tracking to ensure the the package makes it back to us.
